Bootcamp

Bootcamps are a high-intensity class aimed at getting you fitter, more toned, lighter or heavier. Whatever your goals are; these classes can help. 

Our sessions run for 45 minutes and contain a broad mix of running and bodyweight exercises, which have the aim of providing an all-over body workout. In these circuit-training-style sessions outdoors, you can expect to work hard but also enjoy the variety the sessions bring.

Sessions vary from class to class so you are not getting the same old routine. You do not have to be fit as exercises can be scaled to any fitness level which is the beauty of a Bootcamp. Classes can include body weight, equipment, plyometrics and group elements within the session.

Body blitz

Are you tight for time to get a quick workout in? Too busy before and after work? Only have an hour for lunch? Well, Body Blitz is the class for you. Very similar to the Bootcamp classes, just a condensed version, with less rest you can smash yourself and get a great workout in 30mins.  

With showers on site, you can also have a quick shower and then head back to work all refreshed while having your lunch back at work. So if you suffer from the issues above Body Blitz is the class for you.

HIIT Boxfit 

If you like to get sweaty, work on your cardio fitness or just want to hit something (in a controlled manner) then HIIT Boxfit class is for you.

This class focuses on getting your heart rate up and having fun. It’s great for any fitness level. Boxfit is also widely known for its ability to help improve core strength and coordination. Our sessions run for 45 minutes with a different circuit each week. Circuits are a mixture of focus pad partner work, drills on the bags and skipping.

This class is suited to a range of abilities, exercises can be adapted to suit your fitness level. Most of all, HIIT Boxfit is all about having fun!

At HIIT FIitness we have a range of boxing equipment which is thoroughly sanitised after each session.
